This agreement outlines the terms & conditions of a Homeschool Blog Contributor (that’s you!) at Create Your Homeschool. These terms & conditions must be agreed to in order to be approved to write content for the Create Your Homeschool blog.
Upon acceptance of your guest post blog, you are entering into a contractual agreement with Create Your Homeschool, LLC, to write content for Create Your Homeschool on the following terms:
CONTRIBUTOR STATUS
Bloggers who contribute content for the Create Your Homeschool blog are not employees of Create Your Homeschool, LLC or any of its entities.
CONTRIBUTOR REQUIREMENTS
Contributors will create their own original, unpublished content to publish at Create Your Homeschool. At no time should any Contributor submit a piece of content that is not their own, regardless of if they have permission from the original creator.
ACCEPTABLE CONTENT
At this time, Create Your Homeschool Contributors may write & publish any original, unpublished blog post directly related to or for homeschooling families.
The following contributions are permitted to submit & publish by CYH Contributors:
- Original Homeschool Blog Posts
- Original Blog Graphics
- Original Photography (no stock photos)
Create Your Homeschool, LLC reserves the right to decline any content that does not uphold the values & support the mission of the Create Your Homeschool brand.
Contributors must submit original content to the Create Your Homeschool blog. Create Your Homeschool, LLC is not responsible for copyright violations. Such violations will result in immediate termination of this agreement, with any and all legal fees billed to the Contributor. Submitting content as a CYH Contributor legally binds you to these terms.
PROMOTIONS & MARKETING
Create Your Homeschool, LLC reserves the right to share contributed content at any time via its own marketing channels.
Contributors may promote their published content via their own social media, blogs, & email lists at any time.
TERMS OF USE
By submitting your blog post contributing, you are agreeing to comply with the Terms of Use set forth that all content published to Create Your Homeschool are intellectual property of Create Your Homeschool, LLC.
Upon notification of receipt and scheduled date of publishing, the content written as-is or of similar fashion is strictly prohibited from being shared to other blog platforms, including but not limited to the Contributor’s personal blog or website / social media.
TERMINATION
Create Your Homeschool, LLC reserves the right to terminate any Contributor and remove any content at any time, without notice. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:
- Contributors being disrespectful to other contributors or CYH Team members
- Contributors infringing upon copyright
- Contributors violating this agreement
- Contributors harassing customers, vendors, or other CYH Team members
- Contributors involved in public hate-speech
CONFIDENTIALITY
By submitting content to Create Your Homeschool, said Contributor agrees that the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, as well as the content outlined herein and within Create Your Homeschool communication are strictly confidential.
