Here is a fun, summer-themed set of task cards that will have your learners eager to practice their ELA skills. Designed for learners in grade 4 and grade 5, these task cards focus on homophones. Each task card relates to summer activities including the beach, camping, the fair, fireworks, and BBQ’s. As learners work their way through the 20 cards, they will read a sentence and choose from two homophones to complete/fill-in the sentence. A recording sheet is included for learners to write their answers. Task cards and recording sheets are available in color, as well as black and white. An answer key is also included.
