Art Appreciation: An Alphabet, Level 1 is an easy, no-prep way you can share beautiful artwork with your students and lay the foundation for deeper art studies. Designed for ages 5-10, the unit includes 50 works of art by artists from around the world, including one or more by artists whose names begin with each letter of the alphabet. Each picture study includes the painting along with the name of the painting and artist in simple, traceable print copywork for sharpening handwriting skills. Each study also includes a page where the student can describe what they see in the picture, what they like about the picture, and what they don’t like about the picture. 104 pages total. Ages 5-10.
