Alphabet Train Worksheets for Beginning Sounds

Your train loving students will be fully engaged with learning to recognize the beginning sounds with these alphabet worksheets. Students will build trains to demonstrate their letter knowledge!

What is included for Each Letter:

• The vowels include a second sort for long and short vowels

Each worksheet features a cut and paste activity where students will build a train by either sorting by beginning sounds. They will glue the pictures that begin with the target sound behind the first train and all the other pictures behind the second train.
