So they’re searching for help… they’re craving it. They want to make sure they’re not missing something, they’re checking all the boxes, crossing all the T’s. 

And if nothing else, maybe a few, high quality homeschool printables will do the trick until all of the homeschool curriculum and supplies come in!

Etsy is a huge platform, with a lot of shoppers, that is moving more and more closer to being a digital goods space. 

Now, if you’re not familiar with what a digital good or digital product is, let me help. Digital Products are products that are sold that you do not have to keep stock in, spend time packaging up, or take to the post office to ship. It’s digital! You create it once, sell it forever, and it gets delivered to your customer automatically!

Homeschool printables are digital products! And there is absolutely a growing space for them on Etsy! 

So, today I’m going to share with you 12 different digital homeschool products you can create and sell on Etsy to help that new (or veteran) homeschool mama add a little fun to their homeschool!

1. Printable Planners


What is the first thing a new homeschool mama wants? A plan.

Maybe she has a planner she already loves, or maybe she needs something a little more simple. Something she can print without all of the extra spaces inside a traditional planner. So, she starts searching for something pretty that matches her personality – On Etsy!

Printable Homeschool Planners are amazing! And I would bet, it’s one of the most purchased digital homeschool products out there. I mean, personally – I have AT LEAST 10 digital homeschool planners sitting in my DropBox. Printable Planners are easy to switch things up when you’re tired of looking at the same black + white page of a traditional planner.

So get to work making a printable homeschool planner!

 

2. Speaking of planners, you can also create Digital Homeschool Planners!

They need a little more tech on the back end to set up, but it’s not difficult to learn and such a fun product to create and sell on Etsy!

3. Printable Teacher ID Cards

There are so many businesses out there who love to give teacher discounts, but almost all of them require a Teacher Identification Card in order to receive it.

So why not make a printable card template to sell on Etsy! You can easily make it pretty with a free program like Canva, then add the template to a Google Slide for homeschool families to easily edit the text after they purchase it!

 

4. Digital Homeschool Records

You know all the records homeschoolers need to keep – Why not make it simple to track by providing a digital HUB on Google Drive, printable attendance sheets, Trello board templates, goal setting worksheets, etc.

There’s a mama out there who loves your style + wants to download your products! So create them for her!!

5. Homeschool Life Printables

Think: Meal planners, the actual meal plan itself (like a recipe spreadsheet!), fitness trackers, home cleaning schedules, devotionals, journaling pages, to-do lists, etc. etc. etc.

 

6. Printable Homeschool Room Art

These are SO much fun to create! Simple learning posters that are aesthetically pleasing are so trendy right now!

Think: Alphabet posters, numbers to 100, shapes, the Periodic Table, different forms of weather, animals, fractions, multiplication tables, sight words, months of the year, feelings, motivational quotes!

These are all super easy to create multiple versions of with different color palettes as well! Multiple products in one!! Those are the products I like to create!

 

7. eBooks + Guides

Is there something you do really well? A homeschool hack you’ve discovered? Something you think would help other homeschool families?

Write it out in Google Docs + save it as a PDF!

Yes. eBooks are THAT easy to create!

 

8. Printable Homeschool Workbooks

Think outside the box with this one: Toddler busy books (make them interactive), self-care workbooks, printable 30-day journals for students, journals for mom, assessments, and more!

Workbooks do not have to just be problem-related (like math!), they can be fun + engaging too!

 

9. Homeschool Wallpapers for your Phone

This is such a fun idea!! I’ve actually created these + shared them for free, but you can totally create super cute, homeschool-related phone wallpapers to sell on Etsy!

 

10. Coloring Pages

You can find a lot of awesome outline-style graphics on Canva to create fun, unique coloring pages for kids and moms!

You can also add outlined text to make it even more homeschool-related (like adding sight words or math-coloring!)

There are so many platforms you can utilize to make homeschool life a lot easier! But sometimes they can be overwhelming to set up! So, why not teach yourself how to set them up and create templates for other mamas to grab + go!

Think: Google Doc templates for homework, Google Sheets templates for homeschool budgeting, Google Forms templates for homeschool quizzes + tests, Trello templates for unit studies, ClickUp templates for homeschool assignments, Canva templates for creating homeschool printables, and more!

 

12. Printable Games

Think: Bingo, sight word memory cards, Go-Fish style cards for math problems, etc.

 

I’ll leave you with this… Creating printables isn’t hard, selling them isn’t hard either, but no one wants to spend time doing things that aren’t fun. So make this new adventure fun on purpose!
